Rental yield calculator for your website

Embed a free Czech buy-to-let calculator on your site or article: cash flow, return on equity (IRR) and rating by city, price and rent. No cookies or tracking.

For a given city, price, size and rent the widget shows monthly cash flow after tax, return on equity (IRR) and a traffic-light rating. It uses the same model as the full calculator, and the "Full calculation" button opens Výnosometr with the values filled in.

Does the widget collect visitor data?

No. The widget uses no cookies or analytics and stores nothing. The calculation runs in the visitor's browser.

How do I set the default city?

Add the city parameter to the widget address, for example ?city=brno. Visitors can still change the city in the widget.
